Sun and Cupcakes!

Hello all, so finally there has been some well needed sun in the uk this past week! (although as i am writing this post it is very dull and grey outside). 

 I had the day off college and work so under no circumstances was i going to waste such a beautiful day by sitting inside. I had arranged to meet up with a friend and grab some lunch! We met up and spent some time just sitting outside enjoying the sun then took a stroll down to the quayside and we went to the Great British Cupcakery which i had been dying to go to for months ever since i first found them on Instagram!  

Once we arrived at the bakehouse i was beyond excited, and they even had tables and chairs outside which made it even more perfect! There was so many delicious things on the menu to choose from and also freshly baked cakes and brownies. 
I loved this sign they had outside, it really made me smile.


And this beast of a milkshake was what i chose! I believe it was called 'wey aye', which was a mix of white chocolate and raspberry with a raspberry blondie on the top complete with white chocolate shards, cream and some kind of raspberry couil. It was absolutely delicious and i had to stop my self from buying extra cup cakes to take home.
I had such a lovely day in the sun and can't wait for more to come!
